This reserve houjicha powder is made from carefully selected tea leaves from the renowned tea-growing region of Uji that are steamed, dried, and artisan roasted to bring out the distinctive aromas of toasted nuts, coffee, and caramelized sugar. We use proprietary âdeep-roastingâ techniques, manually calibrating the roasting time and temperature to imbue the tea with the perfect intensity and robustness.
