At The Roasters Pack, we want you to love your morning brew as much as we do, which is why we offer a satisfaction guarantee on all our roasted coffee and equipment. Due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, we cannot accept physical returns on opened bags, but we will work with you to find a roast you love.

For equipment or accessory returns, ensure the item is in its original packaging; for coffee quality issues, provide the roast date and batch number found on the bag.

If returning hardware, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email to be printed and attached to your return parcel.
